SOLOC gives back

The US Central 1 and PH 2 action groups of the Seeds of Love Online Community (SOLOC), through their Love Thy Neighbor program under the Social Action Ministry, decided to give a pack of toiletries with milk and rosary to 171 scholars of Tapulanga Foundation from Pre-Kindergarten to 3rd-grade students of St. Francis of Assisi School of Silay City last November 15, 2023.

SOLOC is a global online community of Catholic Christian women deeply rooted in the love of God. Inspired by Colossians 1:10 “Live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God”, they aim to persevere in living out the Gospel, to be transformed by the love of Christ and of one another; and empowered to proclaim the word of God.

Welcome to Tapulanga, Katja and Bahar!

Our Tapulanga staff, Ophalyn Buensuceso and Marechris Lautrezo, joined the Supervisors’ Meeting held at LS Training Center in Mandurriao, Iloilo today, September 8.

During the meeting, supervisors from different Mariphil–partnered organizations gathered feedback and discussed strategies on how to effectively handle the 18 volunteers for this year.

Our German volunteers, Katja and Bahar, will be assisting students and teachers at St. Francis of Assisi School of Silay City. We are very much excited to have them working with us!
